IN ADDITION TO OUR WEEKLY SPECIALS. OUR SPECIALTIES INCLUDE SEVERAL STEAKS THAT ARE BROUGHT IN FROM SAN DIEGO, PAN SEARED SALMON AND RAINBOW TROUT. OUR CHEFS ALSO CREATE DINNER ENTRES SUCH AS CAJON CHICKEN PASTA, MONGOLIAN BEEF AND AND A DELICIOUS HALF-POUND ANGUS BURGER.
